Is it concerning?!

Well, let's think this through. PTSC is paying 50% of the $500K the Alliacense is receiving in advances from PDS each quarter. Additionally, PDS is paying Alliacense a contingency of 20% as best we can tell from the 10q filing, again coming from money that would otherwise by 50% PTSC's. This money that Alliacense is receiving is for licensing the patents of which we are 50% owners, correct?

Yet, it's possible that PTSC has not been provided with a comprehensive and ongoing updated list of the companies that have been put on notice? It's possible that we have not been told of the initial infringement liability amounts being claimed? It's possible that we don't know the ongoing status of negotiations, ie. the initial claim for infrginger X was $100M, actual negotiations underway and our offer is $25M, their counter is $1M, etc.?

I find this VERY DIFFICULT TO BELIEVE! Isn't there language in past PR's and in the license agreements that indicate PTSC is to receive monthly or quarterly updates? Do we not have access to ALL of the licensing correspondence and documentation at our request/demand? I gotta believe that we do.

If we don't, is this concerning?! Well, in the unlikely event that we don't, I'd have to say YES, it's very concerning. Perhaps SGE or BaNosser or gcduck or anyone who has spoken to Cliff, can clarify if we do have this information or not.

Frankly, if we don't, I don't think there is a defensible position / argument that would support us not having it, IMO.
