Ok... but there is only a perceived obstacle... we still have the WIN in court, something we haven't ever had before. I don't consider the ITC an obstacle... it will be icing on our cake but not really a deterrent going forward if they refuse to review and overturn their ruling. What we don't know is whether or not we will get increased licening fees for our efforts. That is the only hurdle I see. Corrections welcome.
