why the pps is still in decline. BaNosser makes some good points as do others but the fact is we simply do not know whether or not PTSC/TPL et al will garner larger more appropriate licensing fees from infringing companies going forward. We just got a WIN in court for goodness sakes. We've waited YEARS for such validation on the 336. We are awaiting a review from the ITC on the basis of this win. Why would people be selling now? Simply makes no sense IMO.
