You seem to be having a great deal of difficulty understanding that when it comes to MMP litigation, PTSC has their hands tied and there are penalties for non-compliance with the Master Agreement. The following section applies. There might be more, but this covers it.
<7.7 No Interference. From the date hereof through the earlier of the Termination Date or the termination of the Commercialization Agreement, Patriot, Moore and P-Newco shall each avoid and refrain from any and all activity of any kind or nature which may impede, impair, frustrate or otherwise interfere with the activities of TPL in the execution of the commercialization program contemplated by the Commercialization Agreement,>
You may not like it. I may not like it. But that is the way it presently is.
Please read the Master Agreement before posting anymore on this subject. IMO, You are generating misinformation - again.
