I am here too.....and I agree 100 percent with what Biajj has posted. The performance of our stock has been a nightmare. I hold because I am under water. Simple as that. I dont hold because I have faith in the BOD. I hold because I am too deep underwater to sell a stock that I have purchased the bulk of shares at a much much higher price than the pennies we sell at today. I am sure I am no different than other stock holders. why is the concept of being unhappy with the charts that biajj has shown so dismissive to you? is it that you dont want to see the reality of what the BOD has done or is it that you dont particulary like the person posting the information?

Optik, i have no beef with you but you constantly question a few stock holders motives for holding on to an investment that has been in a continual depreciation mode since our initial spike over the jubilation of MMP revenues.

whose to blame for the stock performance? Growing very tired of attacks on any one who actually wants the people resposnible for the stock collapse to exit. I would have some tolerance for the stock collapse on a penny stock if the potential was not there. but with PTSC the potential to appreciate the stock price with a patent such as the MMP is huge. Yet we trade basically at the same price prior to any MMP revenues.

It is not rocket science to connect dots and see that a company who has no employees and gains its revenues from intellectual property has its success or failures tied to the only ones that make the decisions as to what is done with the revenues earned. this select group (BOD) is over compensated for their performance. And to add insult to injury this group gave themselves large bonuses for signing an MA that they are now in court over. we have attorneys on board yet we sign a lopsided ma that place the company in the backseat with virtually no voice in its only revenue source. we have a forensic accountant who stated that she (and the company) have examined the MMP transactions of TPL and they were comfortable with them. we now are saddled with a BOD that has basically cut off all commuications with its share holders and publicly chastises shareholder for not being savvy enough to dump shares during a 1 time run up. i remember the pr's issued during this run up and i felt $2 a share was way to cheap and early in the MMP life cycle of licenses to sell. yup.....stupid me....i believed the information being released by the company.

you know exactly where biajj is coming from. he has stated it many times before. And yet we still spin in this cycle of sell if you dont like it or nothing can be done so just live with it.

maybe some of us actually would like to see some change in the company that moves the price upward. if the mmp is the solid piece of IP that we believe then their is a reason why we are trading at basically the same price prior to any MMP licenses. the only constant in the PTSC/MMP equation is the ones running the company. our stock price is a "NO" vote by the market on the stewards of the company. you would have a hard time arguing this point because all one would need to do is look at the charts biajj has provided, then examine the financials over the same period of time and then examine exactly where the revenues have gone and all the DD would point right back to the highly compensated BOD.
