No comment on why and how you think that now and in the future, PTSC's negotiating skills are going to be improved considering the same people are at the table for us that have been there for many of the previous years?

What is it that you specifically expect that PTSC is doing or has recently done that will assure your implied positive outlook, since you apparently continue to stay invested and you don't see the "underwater" reason as legitimate for sticking around? What markers of success are you seeing that lend credibility to your outlook?
