You must take note of the fact that the PP for Probe was oversubscribed. Even today many want in but the door is closed for now.

This is the only route for large investors as there are few shares on the open market. Money is now chasing Dave IMHO. I may go as far as to say that some large investors are upset about not being able to participate at $2.45. When good money comes to you then you need to take advantage of the opportunity. This is especially true in the current market.

In closing, I don’t think Dave is the one rushing to secure more funds IMHO.
