Mark.what you had just proposed theoretically sounded simple but not entirely logical to CLF,s strategic point of view.First of all,they are not gold miners and they will have to invest a lot of their resources and time to pursue something that they know nothing about .Sure ,they can sell this gold prospect to another company once they get their hands on the entire company but they will have to pick up the work at Borden and prove up the deposit to the max first.So why should they bother with this if all they want and need is our chromite deposit. By the way,I am certain that Dave is fully aware of the vulnerable position that PRB is in. He is moving as fast as he can to secure enough capitals in order to drill Borden at a neck breaking pace .The purpose is to prove up as big a gold deposit as possible in order to maximize the value of the company.The money in the bank can guarantee that PRB can continue to explore the land year round at full throttle for a long time without having to raise more funds.

All the above should help to convince PRB share-holders that it should be in their best interest to hold out instead of selling short to sharks.Grap a few bucks now and risk to miss out on a big future pay off?
