GH,if CLF think that they can get PRB in a hostile bid just for the Chromite and sell the gold deposit to the highest bidder with all it,s great potentials ahead, what makes you think that other gold companies won't jump in for the gold deposit alone and hold on to the chromite deposit to sell to the highest bidder?Once the motion is set(by CLF),who knows how many other gold companies will like to jump in the bidding war as well?CLF is still a small mining company amongst the giants in the field and they might as well shoot their own feet when that happens.
By the way,the management of PRB is David Palmer and will always be David Palmer. He works for PRB and himself for the big eventual pay off.Who else knows Borden more than Dave and you think he will agree to work for CLF for whatever they are willing to offer him?Not a chance.
