I agree 100%. The only way I'm in is with the complete cooperation with Pat Nunnaly as some sort of partner, (which by the way he said he definitely go for) and an attorney for the legalese.....Other than that I agree, a band of brothers walking in with a barrel of cash just to own an asset we know nothing about or how to put to use is looking for a toilet to flush it down
