Agree with Frank, he basically said they had tried to come up with a valuation, but since no one ever wanted to put up money to DEVELOP the technology they could not come to any agreements, and therefore Fred is saying the patents have no worth. Which is BS as we all know and whoever understands the technology gets. The product exists, we saw it, and it works. The BREAKDOWN was having someone on board who understood the technology and how to MARKET it. Also, Pat said that after Fred and company called him on June 15th and he started asking questions, they just erased him from all communications, email, phone, skype etc.
