As I mentioned in previous posts, unless there is someway to prove the patents have some value (TO THE TRUSTEES) then you are right. If anything underhanded can be PROVEN (TO THE TRUSTEES) that FF and company deliberately squashed the value of the patents then it is not over. The trustees will then have a "LEGALITY" to contend with and assets to deal with. Right now the trustees do not have a thin dime of assets to deal with, just (MAKE A BID)  ...Frank
