In talking with him it is very possible he could get his patents back. He would have to bid on them to buy them out of bankruptcy but he hasn't the faintest idea what the cost would be or if he could afford them. BUT HE DEFINITELY WANTS TO DO SO but he needed help, money of course. However he believes as I do that they will bought out of bankruptcy and for a price he could not afford by someone who knows the value.
