Fred, I am glad you had someone there. As you know I was going but I am so damn sick I couldn't make it, but I sure will make the Sept one. It sounds as if all the letters that everyone here sent had some effect. The meeting I attended yesterday was very professional and the trustee was very fair however I did get the feeling he was not satisfied with a few of the answers FF gave him #1. regarding the Google settlement, which he wants to see as full disclosure among other things. (I am guessing we all want to see that one) #2 He definitely looked a little quizzical at the Mary Fales quitting explanation. #3 I know he was not satisfied with the status of the patents and their value. He asked quite a few questions to FF if he had tried to make anything from them and made a few notations as the answers were given....I am a bit surprised that Kipperman agreed to extend the hearing with Barclay because he joined us (Bankerson, Tonyrog, Pat Nunnally and myself) in the lobby and was definitely the more hard nosed of the two trustees. My feeling when he left us that it's "all over" tomorrow morning. I guess maybe there is something of interest there after all.....Frank
