This business is an industry of layers upon layers of short lived concerns.

I totally agree that we are in a short cycle business environment. Thus my concern about Nunchi, which is a year or more behind schedule and the industry may not even want the information, and it may well be obsolete if and when it becomes available under a partnership agreement.

As to the current license agreements yopu mention, mosty were one time minimal payments and didn't in anyway match the utilixzation by those that stole the application.
