All prospects work from the top players down. Richard has not come to appreciate the dynamics of the situation and apparently never will.
I'm certainly glad you have an in depth understanding of whatever situation you are talking about.
If your business is basically an IP company, you don't try and compete with a few products when you don't have the capitaL to manufacturer and market the products successfully. The objective would have been to develop multiple license agreements and partnerships which would help create the business profile that others would use on a continuing basis.
Based on that premise, they lost ten years of generating revenue and cost investors almost 80 million dollars. If you don't know, the goal of the business is to make profit, not waste investors money as they have for more than a decade.
