No matter how you slice it, this is a tough game to play and it appears you have to do more than simply send out a salesman sporting a sweet disposition.
It's easier for many to cheat and steal. As I see it, many firms produce knowing their widgets have a very short life span. They do not care about little outfits like e.Digital and will step on them without hesitation.
This business is an industry of layers upon layers of short lived concerns.
e.Digital has to inspire them with efforts beyond the norm. It's complex and there's nothing going to change it.
