Since EDIG is NOT paying for the legal fees, your argument is void.

Actually since we have a legal team that is willing to get paid on contingency based on their success, this is really good.

We shall see what the future brings. Even at a very low settlement of $ 1.6M, the licensing fees can accumulate to a very high number.

The fact that the legal team is fighting, on contingency fees, they must believe that they will succeed, thus settle for an agreed licensing fee, or fight in court. The bottom line here remains that EDIG does NOT spend anything to continue the fight.
