I enjoy the speculation and the degree of civility. It makes this forum viable, IMO.

To your point, that darn "P" company did exactly the same thing as DM and, despite a USPTO review which is delaying some license deals, worked very well going into the Markman, which they won by most accounts. They had upwards of 20 settlements prior. Not bad and the dollars work toward on-going operations. EDIG has more going for them if they can up some cash to work on expanding eVU's market.

DM is on that page -- early adaptors get a deal. Makes sense based on your conversation and the facts we do know. The rest we can speculate on until we know differently or have confirmation.
