I think the real downside is the timing required for the responce. April 4 is the day after the Aircraft Interiors Show. I'm not sure but I think they have to respond to the missing documents. The judge is asking for the 32K pages to be indexed and referenceable. There are a couple of other documents that require responces as well. My concern is the distraction this creates relative to the show and the spin Woods is likely to place on this ruling while at the show.

The ruling was written by the magistrate and is appealable to the judge but I'm not sure eDigital wants to go there even if it is warranted. Any tactic like that might result in a very adverse ruling should the judge disagree. I don't think we want to risk it.
