You're right it was 32,000 pages...I saw 6,500 pages somewhere. My bad. Everyone needs to remember Docs 157 and 159 are unrelated.

Doc 159 is a decision of Motion 134 regarding the 32,000 pages EDIG was supposed to deliver to digEcor. We got spanked in that decision for basically dragging our feet and providing some inadequate answers to some interrogatories.

Doc 157 is digEcor's reply to EDIG's motion (Doc 150) asking the Court to quash the subpoenas. This motion has not been ruled on yet, however digEcor admitted to violating a Local Rule of waiting five days before serving the airlines. The Court may grant EDIG's motion on this violation alone. We'll have to wait and see.

I don't see Doc 159 as big deal against EDIG in determining the outcome of this case. Like Daboss said, it seems more procedural than substantive. The Court said we need to do a better job in providing documents and answering questions. OK thanks...we get it.
