Sorry silversurfer for drawing a conclusion based on the absense of a responce from Digecor. I'm curious as to how they argued against their case in favor of the subponaes. I think I remember doc 134.....I think Digecor was requesting an index for (thought it was 32,000 pages of) documents and EDIG balked sighting it was difficult given the time constraints and the volume of the documents.
