Actually they did file a response but it didn't show up when I checked after work on Friday. It's there now (Doc 157) and I'm trying to upload but having trouble. Convincing arguments made by digEcor if you ask me. We'll see what the Court says.

Also, some bad news. digEcor petitioned the Court in Doc 134 regarding those 6500 pages of documents digEcor requested. The Court spanked EDIG hard in their decision. EDIG will have some things to do and pay (reasonable) digEcor attorney fees for the motion they had to file. The judge didn't seem too happy with EDIG regarding their effort in producing/organizing these pages. The decision is found in Doc 159...will upload as soon as I can get my password to reset.

Sorry, left on Saturday to spend Easter with my wife's family and didn't have a chance to check PACER. Doc 159 was filed on Saturday 22 Mar, and I just saw it this morning. I didn't know docs could be filed on a weekend.
