This all is so much like the movie BACK TO THE FUTURE!...

As far back as 2000 there have been discussions here and elsewhere about the "kernel" of MOS being the resident "Key" in generations of TI chips that drove the expansion of the Flash Market...

There are no "IFS" about that issue...

The proven arrangement with TI was they would refer "customers" to EDIG as they sold billions in CHIPS to usher the expansion of digital data transmission to levels we see today...

TI sold the chip to company "A"; they made a platform with it and sold it to APPLE; apple built the Ipod and made billions, and in time revese engineered itself into a NEW platform, mentioning EDIG as PRIOR ART for getting their own patent...

The issue is sorting out the sordid webs such as above, and that is one exolantion for the "FILING" OF LAW SUITS is taking so long...

OH, WE ARE GOLDEN ALL-RIGHT!?. But, it is taking a lot of digging to get to the motherlode...Lol...
