I think most of the large law firms specializing in patent cases would have a number of individuals who are skilled at patent research, etc. as well as being lawyers.

If they had to use outside individuals, as in our case a single person, it would drag out cases like our for years. I'm sure Nunally will assist and provide valuable technical data, but would have to asume thay DM will provide most of the effort technically speaking.
