I simply don't buy into Nunally doing all the research in great detail. No individual could possibly research and develop all the details for 174 companies and a thousand+ products in the time frame that we are aware of.

He must have developed enough information on a few products to convince DM and possibly others to consider taking our case. After all, a argument based on a single camera company is applicable to multiple camera companies given similar specifics in the design.

Making him the control of the company's destiny regarding the patent issue as opposed to certainly qualified and probably more qualified individuals at DM doesn't make since.

The strategies employed by DM and the amount of time they have   taken to file the initial lawsuit with no resolution evident will eventually make sense, particularly if we see added multiple suits filed as we have been told by management.

I could go on, but hope you get my point. The main work effort will be done by DM, Nunally could not have accomplised that much in that short period of time.

Just to research 1000+ products patents would require more than a year considering the interrelationship of the design details.
