Again you are likely right that infrastructure spending , when it comes , will cause the ussual spike in sp's temporarily.
If we take NOT for instance we have already seen a nice move up. We won't see the $7.50 again prior to production but there will be a spike.
Unfortunately companies like KWG have way too many shares outstanding and the sp will be limited as a result.
I wish I could believe that the gov't will get its act together any time soon but I just don't see it. Statements like " we need to get it right" are code for "don't hold your breath".
Not being negative, just realistic. I'm afraid my faith in gov't dissipated long ago. I hear the current minority liberals saying all the right things but those are words not deeds from a gov't that isn't likely to be around for long.
Don I sincerely hope I am wrong as the ROF represents a tremendous opportunity to open up the north and give the economy a boost. Can you imagine how many other mineral deposits will be discovered once infrastructure is in place? I would love to live long enough to see 5 or 6 Sudbuy's north of highway 11.
The 4 western provinces are all further north than highway 11 and yet Ontario treats it's north like a wasteland. Who would ever want to live way up there in the snow and cold? Just ask Manitobans and Saskatchawan's why they live there. There are other places in the world besides the big smoke.
Sorry for the rant
