"The gov't is calling the ROF a "legacy" project. What the H does that mean? The term suggests that it is for future generations not for our generation. This tells me all I need to know about how long it will take to get this thing going. Seems like the gov't is learning how to work on FN time!!!!"
The gov't doesn't need to announce it as a legacy project. Anything they put their hands to becomes that by their very nature. The fact that they deem it a "legacy" is a message to bail from any ROF stock as it won't be financially worth your while for many years. That is a counter-intuitive message to the saavy to start picking up your shares.
