I will be the first to agree that I was showing my frustration with the lack of action regarding the ROf.

Not to worry S,N. That all of us are disappointed by the snail's pace of progress or lack

of it would be understatement of the decade.I still have original shares( thogh not all )

acquired in 1991 ( NOT a misprint,LOL) and was averaging up the last couple of years

when some posters averaged down.Such is the life.And as I told Edgy, not fretting,

only greatly moderating my expectations.
