Where have you been?  No divys, warrants gone, new BoD members, shares bought back, some attempts at marketing the company.  All major improvements to the health of the company.  You think the BoD had nothing to do with any of these?

I think we too are in "agree to disagree" mode....and there is nothing wrong with that!
