I was referring to the past.  Also it doesn't matter, if PTSC sells out the patents are automatically owned by TPL per the Master Agreement.  The only company that could rock our world through M&A would be TPL.  I just don't believe their in a position to do it.  I'll say this, if it happens, it won't be by accident which means PTSC mgmt knew about it all along.  You never know, but I'm going to pretend like that will never happen.  It helps me sleep at night.
