Wolf - as you're probably aware, most of us agree with you and appreciate all you do and have done for this board.

This board is unique because Turley and the BOD probably do read it with some regularity. If I were Turley, I'd certainly want to hear all criticisms and suggestions.

If it weren't for this board, I'm convinced that there would have been more dividend payments and Turley probably wouldn't be looking for a company to buy at this juncture. The BOD needs better qualified people to get us where we want to go - the more we state it, the faster it will happen.
