While I don't disagree with you, I do find it hard to believe TPL could afford such an acquisition. After all, they do have considerably higher cost than us. I find it hard to believe, financially speaking, they could have afforded us at that time. The S/P was well over a dollar when both sides started realizing substantial gains from licensing.
