Try not to give so much importance to the way Bloomberg states the fact that SLI has never paid out dividends. As Sculpin stated, that's the way they chose to say that SLI has not yet paid dividends to it's shareholders (we obviously need to get bought first), and in no way does that give any indication as to what SLI will do in the future.
