What I am saying is that it looks as though our company is gonna be huge to have the likes of Capital IQ being set up now to do work for us. IMO, a small venture company does not be this proactive UNLESS they are pretty certain they are gonna be a huge success.

We will most likely sell the Tesoro property, BUT our SLI entity will live on quickly proving up our other prospective properties. With the huge sale of the Tesoro under our belts, SLI will be extremely cashed up and able to work on multiple projects advancing them very quickly for future dividends for their shareholders.

If we are so lucky as to sell the Tesoro for a dividend of lets say $50-100 per share( I beleive much more), it has been mentioned that .50 per share may be kept to fund the company. This would amount to approx $60 million, thats enough to drill 6 properties aggressively! We have the Vilcoro drill ready and the Gold Summit ( I beleive this is the right BC property)at this time. Not to mention THE WORK that can be done on our other 7-8 properties. If we retain most of the NEW claims by the Tesoro, we can prove them up for sale to maybe whoever buys the Tesoro.

IF there as much gold on the Tesoro as we think, a lot of investors are gonna be filthy rich. This money will inturn want to come back into SLI or Havilah, or both, further propelling these two companies to amazing sp,s.

Everything I say here hinges on one thing, the sale of the Tesoro. If that doesn,t happen, then things will not progress until it does. I have said before that I beleive an offer could come before drilling, looks like I was wrong. BUT I beleive an offer will come with little drilling because the Quantec shows us right where to drill to find out how much gold is there.

I AM NOT SAYING, that we shouldn,t expect too much for another year. I expect much, very soon. Even if there is no offer, our results should warrant an sp rise based on what is proven and the advanced status of our project. If we can get the sale of the Tesorro under our belt, we will have it made!
