I remember a reading a report probably about 8 years ago, where it was stated that SLI would not pay dividends when they sold properties but that was way back when SLI was partnered with Silver something in a property in BC. I believe much has changed since then and with the amount that SLI would receive in the sale of Tesoro they would be obligated to pay dividends IMO.
