emit, they were not stomped into the ground. The civil system eventually caught on to what exactly the claims conditioned. Handal did a good job in arguing e.Digitals issues.

No need for anyone to be embarrassed of what eventually evolved out of the civil system, the considerations of the tech on this board were spot on. It's just a shame we could not capitalize on it.

We, or the company simply have no control of what evolves of the system. Time to process, bad judgment of CE considerations, or last hour IPR's.

As a US citizen, I'm embarrassed now realizing what system is, and now see it for what it really is.

Shifting sands with no real balance of equality at all.
