I don't agree.

We could have started selling any of our platforms even with a Patent pending title. Others do it all the time.

I don't think all of the CE companies wait for a patent approval before they start selling their products or systems software. If they all did wait, everyone would be behind the development by a few years based on the technology available.

Again there are hundreds or thousands of patent litigations going on while companies are selling their products and services.

We currently have no one selling our services, Handal busy with our patent litigation up to their armpits, and Fred has other responsibilities in addition. We have needed a experienced professional sales executive for at least two if not three years, immediately upon a partial completion of the Nunchi application.

Right now we should be actively involved in marketing all three applications, Nunchi, Microsignet and Pluto. In addition to demonstrating to prospective partners, we should be more proactive in providing our technology to all types of journals, and other social media, a real thrust in communication to the world our technology applications and their value.

We have not been doing what should have been done.
