Thats the problem. The courts don't understand the details of the theft. They basaew their understanding on opinion and not proof of ownership. The patent rights of the isuue has been settled the courts sway with the wind base on their personel opinion and not law. Its therft when you use something that don't belong to you period. The rest is then just Bull sh--ttt
