Precisely . If Intel gained 10s of millions because of the tech they can afford to burns tens of thousands on these useless motions just to create churn and angst then settle for 500K with e.Dig and pay Handle 100k more for attorney fees (if any) . They come out way ahead . e.Dig and us not so much.
