I was not aware of the Japanese journal article that you refer to--could you please give a short summary of it and your idea as to it's possible relevance? Also, since you believe this is more of a legal question than a technical one, how confident are you that after a long period of DD and a vote by a committee at Duane Morris to take our case on contingency, are you that DM both legally and technically has this thing figured out? Subject to, of course, unexpected rulings and opinions.
