I hear you that the S/P is the answer, but then why are we 17-0, 18-0, or 19-0 (whatever it is) with settlements? I get it that nobody is paying significant bucks, but why pay anything if the patents are not valid? Just cheaper than continuing in the courts? Ok, then why did the brain trust at Duane Morris jump on our bandwagon? They are not stupid and surely have better things to do than mess with some bs patents. Lots of cross currents here. GLTLA
