The court ruled on the field of use issues....analog/digital...with regard to "flash memory". It now has to consider anchoring the analog and digital effects together for the novelty of the invention with regard to "flash memory"....737 does that.
Though this issue is not in question.....737 is also involved with regard to "recording medium" of claim 19 as well.
The court should recognize the relationship of "digital information" in interpreting both claim 1 and 19.
