HTC was one of the companies who filed, and they settled Aug 31. Does this cancel the re-exam request for them?
Who is the 2nd company who filed? Someone posted it here but I have forgotten who it was, nor can I find the post.
Last question on this, I recall the 2 filings with 1st in Oct, 2010 and the 2nd in Nov, 2010, "on purpose" before the Jan 28, 2011 Markman Hearing. Are my timelines correct? I recall Fred saying at the SHM it's been almost a year since re-exams were filed, and "it looks like it will take over a year."
Can anyone clear the air on each point?
