You can earn activity points by filling your profile with information about yourself (what city you live in, your favorite team, blogs etc.)
I'm sure they wouldn't make any difference with other defendants but nothing is forever. Who says there's nothing worth revisiting in Co. at some later date? If you don't have to burn any bridges, why do it?
