I think the informal issue that's going on is the key to the conclusion of the case.

I don't see any further rulings, I'm thinking all will settle and both will ask for a joint dismissal. That will allow DM to file new suits in other venues and eliminate in essence the ruling from judge MK.

This point of law regarding the ruling as mentioned above is a guess on my part, the case called for more than a single ruling which was not completed, therefore no final lawsuit completion.
