That considered, when you see settlements of FlashR with prejudice.....what does that suggest?
I see it as coming to terms on a specific issue....and not a universal settlement of all connected patents.

FlashR is a platform not a patent....as a platform, it incorporates specific issues of patents. Where, for the most part, it's the licence given. That which is not in FlashR is still on the table.
