As far as I am concerned, the big picture presents with e.Digital targeting a substancial flash products market that, for a decade now, has grown exponentially.

DM and Pat Nunally appear to agree that EDIG has something worth investing their time, effort and dollars into and that is all the evidence I need currently to believe there is a significant opportunity at hand with the Flash Patent Portfolio.

Whether it is Apple or any other company really doesn't matter, just so they grow their revenue and profits. Apple just happens to be a very high profile target that has grown up in the same target market EDIG first pursued, therefore it would be nice to validate their efforts by taking a bite of the Apple.

Another week closer to elements and new technologies that should spur investor interest.
