I believe what Gil meant was, someone representing EDIG will sue Apple.

If there is a conflict, it is already known by DM/EDIG, which brings up the point that we discussed this a bit at the 2009 SHM, and it was hinted that EDIG had been consulting with candidates for "firm #2."

Sure is taking longer to announce such than any of us at the meeting thought.
