If we can sue Apple( I really don't know), I believe it will be without DM which I believe that is one of the companies that DM has a conflict with. Hopefully by March, we announce the new law firm that will represent us in the lawsuits that DM has conflicts with. It will be one of the questions asked in the Feb. SHM.
